Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical operations of AHTS vessel fleet, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs to uphold vessel integrity and performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize vessel operations and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to onboard crews, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
- Minimum of Chief Engineer experience on offshore vessels is essential ideally AHTS.
- At least 2 years of shoreside experience in a similar role ideally working with AHTS vessels.
- Proficiency in anchor handling operations is vital.
- Strong understanding of maritime regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
