Are you looking to take the next step in your maritime career? Our client, a well-established shipowner based in South London, is seeking a Technical Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience in technical support, purchasing, or a similar role who wants to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate vessels' Planned Maintenance System and Compliance with Company SMS
  • Promote company policies and ensure adherence to National & International Regulations
  • Oversee purchasing activities and budgets
  • Arrange servicing, repairs, and surveys
  • Conduct vessel inspections worldwide when required
  • Assist in preparing for drydocking and repair projects, attending when necessary
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience as a Technical Assistant, Technical Support, Purchaser, or similar within the maritime industry
  • Strong understanding of ship operations and maintenance
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • Great work ethic and a personable approach—team fit is important!
