Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef – Chef de Partie to join a prestigious luxury ocean cruise line. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary talent while travelling the world.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi and sashimi dishes in a refined, guest-focused dining environment. Working as part of a professional galley team, you’ll maintain top standards of presentation, hygiene, and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Sushi Chef in a fine dining or 4/5-star setting or Cruise Ship. 
  • Deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine
  • Cruise experience preferred, but not essential, however for this role you must be travel ready with valid seagoing documents.
