The Role:
You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi and sashimi dishes in a refined, guest-focused dining environment. Working as part of a professional galley team, you’ll maintain top standards of presentation, hygiene, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Sushi Chef in a fine dining or 4/5-star setting or Cruise Ship.
- Deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine
- Cruise experience preferred, but not essential, however for this role you must be travel ready with valid seagoing documents.
- 6 months on / 2 months off rotation
- $2900 per month (worked onboard)
- Paid travel, meals, and accommodation onboard
