Faststream Recruitment is currently looking for a Surveyor to join a a leading provider of classification and compliance services to the maritime industry. They are looking for someone to join the team in Portsmouth
You will be supporting with the classification of Naval projects such as the T45 destroyers, T26 Frigates and Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers.
The Position
As a Surveyor you will be using your expertise to support on electro-mechanical activities for the delivery of Naval Classification. This will include advising on technical/mechanical challenges experienced with the delivery of the complex ships.
This role will suit you if you have marine engineering experience in the Naval sector or alternatively previous commercial surveying experience wishing to expand into Naval Classification.
This role offers great career progression and the opportunity to play a part in high-profile projects.
Please note: due to the nature of the projects, eligibility for SC clearance is required.
