As a Supply Chain Specialist - Procurement, you'll be integral to their fleet management, working closely with our global procurement team. Your responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, fostering supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Identify and negotiate with regional vendors to enhance cost efficiency.
- Manage procurement activities for assets and projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sourcing and negotiate contracts.
- Issue purchase orders and track delivery timelines.
- Liaise with logistics department to streamline operations.
- Monitor and report cost savings opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
- Strong MS Office and ERP software skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in Offshore, Oil Service, or Marine industry.
- Proven negotiation skills and contract management experience.
