I am currently working with a boutique luxury Cruise company and have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef on board.

As Sous Chef you will report directly into the Chef De Cuisine and /or Executive Chef and assist with galley processes. You will ensure that high standards are maintained and that a top-quality service is delivered to guests. You will also deputise the Chef De Cuisine/Executive Chef in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have:
-Experience as a Sous Chef on luxury Cruise / luxury hotel
-Over 2 years experience as Sous Chef
-Fluent English language skills
-The existing right to live and work in Europe is required for this position
