Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a Shipbuilder to identify, attract and engage an experienced Senior Manager/ Manager, Talent Management.

Our client provides offshore support vessels and integrated services to the oil and gas industry.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, review and implement talent management strategies that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create career development paths and developmental programs to nurture their skills and career growth.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for key positions through strategic succession planning.
  • Develop, manage and execute a structured approach of management trainees programme.
  • Oversee training functions such as development of competency framework, identifying and curating training programmes that aligns with the organisation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs using data analysis and recommend improvements.
