Job Title: Sales-Service Coordinator - Houston
Responsibilities: Join our client's Marine Workshop team in Houston as a Workshop Coordinator. Coordinate workshop orders and projects, collaborating with internal teams and customers. Daily tasks include project meetings and overseeing urgent overhauls. Independence and a strong understanding of mechanical installations, technical drawings, and assembly activities are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales in workshop-related quotations, especially for non-standard jobs.
  • Manage the order process from receipt to completion.
  • Plan and monitor workshop orders, actively participating in team meetings.
  • Handle communication with external and internal customers.
  • Manage tool/toolbox rentals for service colleagues or the workshop.
