Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a Freight Forwarding company to identify, attract and engage a high performing Sales Manager to develop and grow their businesses.

Our clients provides global shipping and logistics solutions which includes ocean freight, airfreight, LCL, FCL and project logistics.

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and experienced relationship builder with a keen interest and experience in developing business portfolios to increase wallet size, customer satisfaction and potential new businesses.

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following:-
  • Experience with freight forwarding in a sales or business development position
  • Experience with various industry verticals (General Cargo for both LCL and FCL, Projects Cargo, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and work hand in hand with internal and external stakeholders
This position will suit someone with a proven track record of business development and enjoys a good mix of client facing time and is able to drive and develop a high-performing sales team.
