Our client operates multiple subsea vehicles globally for subsea installations. 

We are looking for an experienced ROV Pilot/Technician (Senior) who will play a pivotal role in field operations and equipment maintenance. This position requires close collaboration with client employees and contracted labor to ensure smooth equipment maintenance and subsea operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate, repair, and maintain client ROV and Sea Plow systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate subsea contractors' performance.
  • Communicate and enforce company procedures and safety policies.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and oversee the receipt of parts and supplies.
  • Manage onboard inventory and critical system spares.
  • Perform system maintenance with a focus on operational readiness.
  • Conduct routine system audits during deployment.
  • Support the mobilization and demobilization of ROV and Sea Plow systems.
  • Assist with subsea equipment builds, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and integration.
  • Provide clear feedback to submersibles management regarding system status and contracted labor.
  • Conduct necessary administrative tasks for onboard submersible administration.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of experience working within the ROV industry.
  • Strong engineering or technical background and hands-on experience operating and maintaining ROV or Sea Plow systems.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
