Job Description

My client is a leading offshore support vessel owner based in Aberdeen, who are looking to hire two additional Planned Maintenance System Administrators with the option to work for up to two days per week from home. 

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the newly implemented Planned Maintenance System across a large fleet of offshore support vessels. In this role, you will provide support to crew and onshore staff on the system and provide a helpdesk for queries. You will ensure documentation is kept up to date and advise Superintendents and Managers when Jobs and Defects are overdue. You will be responsible for creating new jobs within the PMS and modifying existing job descriptions, amongst various other duties.

You will mainly work with the offshore crew and Superintendents as well as other onshore staff, by helping with information reporting requirements when needed.  You will also be needed to set up technical data forms and from time to time be able to provide an out of hours service. 

The Ideal candidate will have: -
- Experience with a planned maintenance systems (preferably Sertica OR TM Master)
- Chief Engineer / 2ndEngineer Unlimited,  Marine Engineer, or Electrical Engineering background 
- Offshore / offshore support vessel / drilling experience
- Strong knowledge of ships systems and knowledge Class and Flag requirements 

In order to be considered you must have the existing right to live and work in the UK. You must either be based in Aberdeen or be willing to relocate to the region.
