We are currently engaged to hire a competent Marine Manager in Singapore to lead a marine team responsible for a tanker fleet.
It is required that you have command experience on tanker ships and possess relevant managerial experience overseeing marine operations for tanker vessels. Experience with gas carriers will be an added advantage.
You will be assigned to a fleet group made up of up to 40 tanker ships, mostly VLCCs. You will provide leadership and guidance to a team of up to 3 Marine Superintendents who will assist you in managing the marine operations of the fleet. Partnering with the HSEQ team, ensuring that all HSEQ protocols are being properly implemented across the fleet. Ensuring that the fleet is compliant to current ISM, ISO and regulatory requirements.
