We at Faststream are working with an ever-growing well-established Ship Owner in the industry in search of a Legal Counsel to join their Legal team.

The legal Counsel should expect to:
  • provide real time legal advice and support to the business and the team whilst incorporating both contentious and non-contentious work.
  • Proactive in crisis management
  • Good and strong relationship management with internal stakeholders and external Legal partners, insurers, and support providers.
The ideal candidate should have the following(s):
  • English or Singapore qualified lawyer
  • At least 5-8 years PQE gained in the shipping department
  • valuable experience in P&I / FD&D club
  • strong litigation background and excellent drafting skills
