Faststream is working with a leading maritime company committed to excellence in the transportation of bulk and dry cargo. With a strong focus on safety, environmental responsibility, and quality. They continue to expand and are seeking a dynamic HSEQ Manager to join the team in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee HSEQ policies and procedures for bulk/dry cargo vessels.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the safety awareness and skills of the onboard and onshore teams.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and quality throughout the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and regulations, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HSEQ Manager in the maritime industry, preferably with bulk or dry cargo vessels.
  • In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage others in safety initiatives.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in HSEQ management.
