We’re partnering with a leading offshore services provider to find a HSE Lead for their Subsea division, based in Singapore. In this full-time permanent role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities within the subsea unit, ensuring alignment with global best practices and project demands across diverse international operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and improve HSE systems and procedures for subsea operations
  • Provide HSE expertise and coaching to both onshore and offshore teams
  • Support tenders and project risk assessments to manage HSE risks
  • Attend project mobilisations and key operations as needed
  • Lead incident investigations and drive continuous HSE performance improvement
  • Represent the company in client HSE engagements, audits, and reviews
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering or similar
  • Strong knowledge of subsea HSE risks, including diving, ROV, or survey operations
  • Proven leadership in safety coaching and offshore project environments
  • ICAM or equivalent incident investigation certification (preferred)
  • Familiarity with offshore regulations (e.g., NOPSEMA, AMSA)
  • Offshore medical and BOSIET/TBOSIET (desirable)
