Key Responsibilities:
  
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR matters. Implement and drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and values. Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver effective HR solutions. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance our HR programs.
  
About you:
  
Solid HR experience with a proven track record in a Business Partner role. CIPD qualification is a must. Strong understanding of Irish employment law and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive problem solving ability and a collaborative mindset.
