Are you an experienced operations or chartering manager, navigator, or marine engineer with robust commercial expertise seeking a new challenge? We are in search of a proactive, result-driven professional with an insatiable hunger for success and a strong commercial mindset. The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in understanding our Client’s product portfolio and offerings, leveraging this knowledge to engage potential clients. Success in this role hinges on by showcasing how our Client’s services and software platform streamline vessel performance optimization across fleets, efficient voyage planning, data-driven decision-making, and emissions reduction within the shipping industry.
To excel in this dynamic role, you must possess a solid background in the maritime sector, complemented by a keen understanding of commercial operations and chartering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify solid leads, target and approach decision-makers.
  • Engage decision-makers through dialogues, presentations and negotiations to close contracts.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to successful contract closures with support from our Performance, Customer Experience and Advisory Teams.
  • Achieve and surpass annual growth targets.
  • Engage in global travel to meet potential clients and represent the Company in various industry conferences and exhibitions.
Skills and Experience
  • Business-level proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Several years of experience in the shipping industry within commercial operations, chartering, marine engineering, or related roles.
  • An extensive network within the owner or commercial operator side of the shipping industry, particularly within Bulk, Tank, MPP, or Container segments.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a global team.
  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A strong 'hunter' mindset with exceptional negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Proven execution skills.
