Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's strategic plans and initiatives to enhance business growth in the Philippines.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
Minimum of 8 years of proven track record in senior leadership roles within the manning or maritime industry.
