Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a leading Marine Products and Services Company to identify and attract an experienced FP&A Regional Manager - Business Performance for their business operations.
You will be accountable for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and profitability analysis. This exciting and challenging position will see you oversee, analyze a wide array of data including, business, financial, productivity and key performance indicators, etc that directly and indirectly impact the P&L of the business.
You will be responsible for partnering the business to help drive, monitor and manage planning and performance from a financial and commercial point of view. This will be achieved by ensuring results and implications are understood and clearly illustrated and how actions will impact financial performance.
You should be interested in financial business partnering, able to work in a dynamic environment, possess an analytical mindset, a strong affinity with numbers, financial modelling, and interest in understanding how business operations impact the financial performance of the company.
To be successful in this position, you should be comfortable managing finance budgets, reports, and performance and should possess at least 7 years working experience with a focus on finance planning, performance and analysis. You should also be experienced in managing senior stakeholders and creating dashboards.
