Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing assigned vessel operations and movements
- Update and maintain vessel movement data accurately
- Support post-fixture activities and day-to-day chartering tasks
- Aid in the administration of charter parties and respond to inquiries
- Maintain a database of vessel positions and chartering activities
- Assist in smooth vessel operations and voyage optimization
- Learn market practices and charter party terms for cost management
- Aid in fixture notes preparation and circulation
- Assist in loading/discharge operations and stowage planning
- Support the team in various vessel operation and shipping matters
Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma or Degree level education, preferably in a maritime discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Vessel Operations or relevant
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Understanding of Charter Party Agreement will be a bonus
- Team player with positive attitude
