Job Description

As the Technical Superintendent, your key role involves providing essential technical support to assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with HSQEE policies and regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, operational performance, and budget planning. Key performance indicators include monitoring LTIF, TRCF, off-hire due to technical reasons, vessel budget against fleet averages, and environmental management. Duties encompass long-term maintenance planning, financial management, verification, validation, technical inspections, and documentation tasks. You play a crucial role in procurement, human resources, and contribute to safety and environmental standards compliance.

Requirements:
  • Chief Engineer's Certificate of Competency Class 1
  • Experienced on Gas fleets while sailing.
  • Has Shore experience
  • Sailed on Megi or hands-on experience on Megi will be an advantage.
