Faststream is being engaged by a prominent shipping conglomerate to hire a suitably experienced Technical Superintendent to join their technical team in Hong Kong.
Only applicants currently based in Hong Kong can be considered. To be considered for the role, you need to hold a valid MEO Class 1 COC and ideally some shore experience as a Technical Superintendent. Further training will be provided to assist you in executing your responsibilities.
You will monitor the daily operations of the 4 - 5 vessels assigned to you. Providing leadership and guidance to your team onboard vessels and in the office. Planning and preparing vessels for inspections and docking. Monitoring costs and justify variances. Preparing annual vessel budgets for approval.
