In line with our growth strategy, we've established a specialised Technical Services Team, focusing on fostering long-term strategic partnerships and enhancing client relationships. Key areas of focus include vessel condition inspections, drydock supervision, and our innovative ID Inspection Programme.

As a Technical Sales Manager, you'll lead the expansion of our Technical Services business in Greece, overseeing a small commercial team based in Athens. Following thorough training, you'll utilize your network, team guidance, and industry insights to engage key decision-makers, presenting our range of products and services. Your main goal will be to develop a strong pipeline of offerings tailored to the Greek market, driving short and medium-term growth.

  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships to address evolving needs and stimulate growth in technical services across the Eastern Mediterranean
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and Head of Account Management to forecast market demand and devise growth strategies
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create targeted campaigns aimed at generating new business and expanding our commercial reach
  • Offer insightful feedback to the product development team, aligning with client needs and market trends
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and effective sales monitoring
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and articulate their value proposition to clients, driving sales and upselling opportunities
  • Enhance company visibility by participating in industry events and conducting face-to-face sales efforts
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial shipping or a solid technical background, ideally within the maritime sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders
  • Extensive network within the Greek shipping community, along with a thorough understanding of industry dynamics
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients in person and drive business development initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
