Our client, a renowned ship management company is looking for a Technical Coordinator. This person will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of their Operations department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisting in various technical and administrative tasks. This position requires collaboration with Managers and Marine Superintendents to maintain the highest standards of safety, security, and efficiency across their fleet.

Requirements
 
  • Min 2-4 years' experience in ship management or a ship owner company, specifically within the Technical, Operations, or Safety department. 
  • Diploma/Degree in in Maritime or any Engineering discipline
  • Familiar with Flag state registration duties and preparation of Ship Security Plans (SSP), Ship Security Assessments (SSA), and On-Scene Security Surveys (OSSS).
  • Experienced handling essential US-related documentation (VRP, NTVRP, CCP, PCSOPEP, COFR)
  • Team player and able to commit working operational hours
