Faststream is currently searching for a Ship Operator to join a well-respected logistics and shipping company in Hampshire.
This role will be to focus on the operations of dry bulk vessels to include close communication with shipowners, brokers, port agents and other global company offices. You will be responsible for demurrage, coordination of stevedores, cranes and logistics, updating clients and shipping documentation. You will ideally have previous experience in the shipping sector for this role or a graduate with a maritime academic background, full training will be provided.
You will be joining a reputable company with a strong name in the market and a hard-working but friendly team within the office. You will need the right to work in the UK for this role.
