Our client is a global shipbroking company focused on dry cargo chartering worldwide, fixing business on voyage, COA, time charter and long-period basis.
We're looking for an experienced Ship Broker to join a high caliber team. You'll negotiate and fix spot cargoes, allocate contract cargoes to ships, and optimize financial results in current market conditions. Ideal candidates will have a successful background in Dry Cargo Panamax broking, strong relationship-building skills, and a results-driven focus.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Robust understanding of the local handy-ultra market dynamics and key players
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential
• Experience of supramax and/or panamax
• Strong commercial judgement with excellent negotiation skills
Salary: SGD 6,000 - SGD 12,000
