We are working with a Dry Bulk Owner/Operator to recruit a Post Fixture Executive for their operations team in Singapore.
This role will report directly to the Head of Operations, and you will be assisting and advising operations and chartering department in financial related questions/issues, Co approving billings on IMOS (TCOs, Freight Invoices, Laytime calculations) as well as negotiating settlements of demurrage/dispatch (laytime settlements) in conjunction with the operations department.
The ideal candidate has a minimum on two years’ experience from Post Fixture Operations. You are proficient in IMOS. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Detailed oriented, meticulous and strong analytical and good problem solving skills as well as a good team player.
