They are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join their team in Singapore.
The main responsibilities will be to oversee all operations within the yard, ensuring full compliance to SHEQ regulations, providing direction and support to yard technicians while ensuring workload is balanced to ensure all jobs are completed on time and delivered safely to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong SHEQ knowledge and experience in developing and implementing a strong SHEQ culture and mindset.
- Understand Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Good communication skills
- Able to problem solve
- Yard management experience
