This Operations Manager should expect to:
- take part in the daily vessel operations activities of the company's fleet and be expected to ensure timely and accurate execution of contracts
- work closely with internal and external stakeholders of all relevant departments.
- a team player, self-motivated, well-organized, and hardworking
- Experienced with End to End operations
- over 5 years of relevant experience/knowledge in vessel operations especially for the Panamax and Capesize vessels.
- NEED to know owner, operator, cargo inside out. Someone who handles both cargoes and vessels.
- attention to details and have the passion in ensuring customers' needs and expectations are met
