Faststream is currently searching for a Manager for Service Management to join a global container shipping company in Dubai.

This role will be to oversee a particular region and support these countries in meeting customer service expectations and KPIs. This will involve managing cases and incidents, coordination with offshore teams, improvement of service processes and responsibility for both Key Accounts and the online booking system.

This will require someone who has strong previous experience in a Customer service management role within container shipping and ideally already located in Dubai.
