Job Description

You will assist the PMS team with day-to-day management of the PMS Tasks, Projects for new builds and existing fleet vessels. The role may require some travelling for implementation, training or support onboard.
Training will be provided to ensure that the role is conducted safely in line with the Company core value, No One Gets Hurt.
  
Key Responsibilities 

Assist PMS team on daily project planning activities.
Priorotise resolution of issues on a daily basis, taking into consideration of the possible impact on the vessel and schedule actions accordingly.

Performance Monitoring Responsibilities 

Assist with monitoring the PMS Software usage onboard and ashore and propose corrective actions where and if needed (i.e.
weekly Fleet Work orders overdue reports).
Assist with monitoring of other ongoing related projects.

Responsibilities for driving improvement   
  
Assist with proposing/implementing new engineering practices and procedures.
Assist with user training, developing user guides or user acceptance test, when needed.
Support office and ship users on change management, system updates and system related questions.
Provide feedback on internal users’ improvements proposals.
Following completion of projects and provide lessons learned.


Qualifications / Experience required
Experience in using and/or administrating a PMS Software.
Preferably educated as and has experience as a marine engineer equivalent to Class 4 or naval architecture.

Technical Competencies
Desirable
Throughout understanding of the Maritime CMMS Software usage.
Knowledge and experience of any CMMS systems, PMS in particular.
