Faststream is recruiting for a Data Analyst for a tanker shipping organisation in London.
This newly created position will support the chartering and operations departments.
By unlocking potential in the large data sets the company generates you will directly help streamline systems, identify efficiencies and help keep the business keep up to date with digitalisation.
There will be some cross over in this role with the freight analyst so the role will also include some elements of wider shipping market research.
For this role you will need a Mathematics, Computer Science or similar business degree background.
Shipping experience is not required for this role. You are encouraged to apply if this will be your first role in industry or you already have some working experience.
Good familiar with information presentation software such as Power BI / Dashboards is required as dashboards will need to be created.
