My client is a global market leader within the towage sector who have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Operations Planner to be based in Middlesborough, UK.
In this role, you will provide planning support for the company’s towage service in the UK. You will work with port authorities and ship owners to organise the scheduling and logistics of the towage service and manage crew to ensure availability and compliance. You will work closely with other departments to ensure vessels are available for scheduled maintenance periods, amongst various other operational duties.
