Faststream is currently searching for a Transport Planner to join a reputable and successful shipping company in Hamburg.
This role will be to cover stowage planning for vessels including creating stowage plans, ensuring quality standards and policies are followed as well as predicting and preventing potential issues. You will be responsible for the cargo during loading and unloading, close coordination and communication between departments and ensuring best vessel utilisation.
This will require someone who has a shipping, technical or nautical academic background and any experience with stowing automotives, RORO or PCTC shipping is of great benefit.
