A trading house in the oil and gas industry and is looking for an experienced Contract Executive to join their team for a 1 year contractual period.
Responsibilities:
• Review contracts to ensure the best terms for our business
• Draft sales and purchase agreements that meet the commercial requirements of the oil and gas industry
• Manage risks associated with contracts
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that contracts are in line with company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
• A strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms in the oil and gas industry
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
