The role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic German speaking book keeper. Focusing on offsetting carbon emissions against the vessels they charter. You will be dealing with regulatory boards and need to understand German law to ensure they are abiding by the growing shift to a renewable, greener industry.
The person
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in and passion for the shipping industry and numbers
