Responsibilities:
- Conducting performance analysis of vessels
- give instructions to vessels and offer technical support to owners for fuel saving initiatives
- communicate with shipowners or ship managers for all technical matters, supporting operator to recover trouble vessels
- Assist in maintaining and purchasing AMP containers
- Engage in research and development of new technologies in the maritime industry (biofuel, container battery systems etc)
- Assist with ship management projects, including supervising of ship management companies responsible for our owned vessels
- Monitor real-time vessel performance data in systems
- Manage and maintain fuel oil quality standards
- create and distribute external technical circulars to communicate important information to relevant stakeholders
- Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering
- Seafarer license as a Marine Engineer is a MUST
- Minimum of 3 years of onboard experience as a seafarer or marine engineer
- 3rd/4th Engineers
