Tender / Pricing Manager

Faststream has an interesting Tender / Pricing Manager position for a freight forwarding market leader.

Our clients are a global market leader and are experiencing significant growth in the APAC region.

The responsibilities are as follows:-

Handle Request for Information (RFI) and Request of Quotation (RFQ).
Usage and update CRM system.
Facilitate hand over of successful bids to Operations and Projects departments.
Opportunity to go out with Sales for joint visits to aid in understanding clients RFQ requirements.
Undertake Contracts Negotiation, Clarification and Review with internal / external stakeholders till business award.
Coordinate with cross functional departments as part of Pricing work scopes with Singapore office and counterparts.
Coordinate with Sales to identify potential opportunities for General Freight and Project Logistics through existing and new client base.

This position will suit someone who has good understanding of incoterms and general import & export procedures and multi-modal cargo transportation. He / She should has strong experience in tender bidding scopes in freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain with a proven track record of business development and enjoys a good mix of client facing time.
