We are looking for a driven, self-motivated relationship builder to focus in developing portfolios within APAC region while driving business forward.
The responsibilities are as follows: -
- Managing, retaining and growing existing customers base in your account portfolio
- Proactively identify new opportunities and work closely with customers to generate new GP for company
- Ability to drive and work closely with product, operations and commercial teams to access changes in the current volatile market
- Help identify potential risks, develop mitigation plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support all aspects of the account relationship as a primary point of contact for customers
- Drive spot rates and tender success between internal colleagues and external customers
- Effective communication and able to work well in a global environment where customer business can span multiple continents
This position will suit someone with minimum 5 years of working experience in logistics industry and enjoys a good mix of client facing time and is able to drive and develop a high-performing sales team.
