As the Technical Manager, you will oversee the safe and efficient technical management of our fleet. This includes coordinating activities of the Technical Team, ensuring vessels are maintained to company standards, managing insurance claims, and supervising dry dock specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for budget monitoring, staff training, and providing timely advice on technical matters to senior management.
Requirements:
- Chief Engineers Certificate of Competency
- Minimum 5 years marine shore-based experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vessel maintenance and operations.
- Budget management experience.
