Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and preparation of dining areas, ensuring impeccable presentation and cleanliness.
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menu recommendations with a thorough knowledge of dishes and beverages.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated effectively to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to established service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient dining operation.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times, including proper handling of food, equipment, and utensils.
- Valid STCW and C1/D Visa - ability to travel ASAP
- Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury cruise environment.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.
