With a commitment to excellence and a dynamic team of professionals, they are expanding their operations and looking for several Bunker Traders to join their Dubai office.

Position Overview: As a Bunker Trader, you will play a pivotal role in our bunker trading division. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing bunker fuel deals to meet the fuel requirements of our client's diverse client base. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, building relationships with key industry players and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bunker fuel market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, operators, and suppliers.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor fuel price fluctuations, and provide market insights to clients.
  • Negotiate bunker fuel contracts and ensure favorable terms and pricing for both parties.
  • Manage the entire trading process, including contract execution, logistics, and post-trade support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bunker Trader in the maritime or energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the bunker fuel market, including pricing, suppliers, and trends.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Existing portfolio of customers/contact would give you a significant advantage.
