Our client, a leading ship management company is looking for a Vessel Manager with extensive experience in dry bulk vessels for their Singapore office. Main Responsibilities:

Ensure the safe, efficient, and environmentally conscious operation of assigned vessels, primarily dry bulk carriers, typically managing 3-5 vessels.
Ensure vessels comply with relevant rules, regulations, standards, and industry requirements.
Provide support on technical operations as needed.
Maintain technical statistics and attend to additional duties as required.
Analyze and respond to undesired events, participate in shipboard management systems reviews, and arrange management reviews to ensure implementation of decided actions.

Mandatory Requirements:

Technical/maritime qualifications with seagoing experience up to Chief Engineer on dry bulk vessels.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical superintendent/ Vessel Manager
Good command of oral and written English.
Good interpersonal skills to develop close relationships with shipboard staff, vessel owners, charterers, and internal/external support functions.
