As part of their continued growth they are seeking an experienced Product Designer to be based in their new Global Operations Centre in Southampton.
Location: Global Operations Centre - Chandlers Ford, Southampton.
Reporting To: Head of Product
Silverstream are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to take on an exciting role as part of the Digital Solutions team. As Product Designer you will take sole responsibility for the overall user experience of a suite of applications being developed to enhance services throughout the customer journey, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers and marketing.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will play a key role in product ideation, developing feature requests into detailed designs and will work alongside the software development team to ensure designs are feasible and can be developed to meet the needs of the specification. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles across both web and mobile platforms and have a good level of experience developing dashboards to relay insights to different stakeholders and users.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
Proven industry experience working as a Product Designer or similar role.
Highly proficient with Figma and other key design and prototyping tools.
Strong experience creating low-fidelity wireframes / sketches through to detailed, production ready designs.
Experience of developing and maintaining design systems as well as incorporating existing design systems into work.
Experience communicating technical information and data through dashboards.
Strong ability to collaborate with developers on implementation.
Experience working in Agile Development process.
Experience of using Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Experience of launching new products into the market is a plus.

2nd Stage Interview - Face to Face At the Global Operations Centre, however on occasion the final interview may be required to take place at London HQ.
