As a Yacht Broker, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated team, providing personalized services for charter or sale to their esteemed clientele.
This will involve building relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), actively promoting business, managing client requests round the clock, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
You'll be responsible for generating personal charter sales, expanding your client portfolio, and assisting other brokers in their business development efforts.
Location: London, Monaco, or Dubai (Based on Preference), with flexible working options.
You:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a large yacht management company or brokerage.
- Proven experience of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and effective time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
