In this role, you will be a key player in supporting our corporate marine and land-based clients across the globe.

As a Technical Officer, your role involves meticulous preparation for client visits, including document review, trip planning, and cost analysis. You’ll be tasked with installing dispensers and pumps on various units, resolving customer inquiries, and conducting field investigations. Prompt follow-up and organised client file management are key responsibilities. Professionalism during visits is paramount, as is providing clients with documentation, training, and support. Continuous learning through colleague interaction is essential for product and procedural innovation. You’ll ensure compliance with regulations, monitor product performance, and manage health and safety protocols. Documentation, risk assessment, and customer guidance are also part of your duties. Ultimately, you’re expected to maintain excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
We are looking for a candidate that has a Marine Engineering or Marine Biologist background, who is ready to travel across Europe and other parts of the world, be a creative problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills, and possess excellent time management and multitasking abilities. To be eligible for this opportunity, you must possess the right to live and work in Italy and demonstrate proficiency in both written and verbal Italian.
