This role requires to assist and support users, Works to identify and find solutions to product quality and reliability problems and carry out onsite containment actions when required.
- Carry out repairing, troubleshooting and servicing onboard or shipyard.
- Ensure that the product support related to areas of the complaints and the warranty system is properly managed with records maintained.
- Advise customers as required in line with the product manuals and operating procedures.
