As our Marine Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing key operational functions. Your responsibilities encompass upholding top level standards in marine safety, environmental protection, navigational support, and Tanker operations. Your influence will be central in fostering a culture of excellence and safety across our fleet.
Your role is multifaceted, entailing the supervision of various maritime operations to ensure alignment with industry regulations and company policies. From prioritizing marine safety and environmental protection to facilitating navigational support and efficient tanker operation, your duties are wide-ranging.

Managing incident reports, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective measures to forestall recurrence are critical aspects of your role. Cultivating a safety-centric ethos among crew members and shore-based staff through training and continuous improvement initiatives is integral to our success.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess extensive experience sailing in a senior rank on board commercial vessels, preferably with experience in tanker operations. In depth knowledge of maritime regulations, industry best practices, and relevant international standards pertaining to marine safety, environmental protection, and cargo operations is necessary.

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership abilities, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment are essential qualities.
