Key Responsibilities:
 
Collaborating with colleagues across transactions, capital raising, and restructuring teams, supporting in:
  • Developing business plans and crafting marketing materials like presentations and information memorandums.
  • Conducting due diligence processes.
  • Performing thorough company and industry research.
  • Creating and implementing concepts for clients.
  • Building and maintaining financial models, conducting various financial analyses.
  • Engaging with clients and capital providers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Fresh Grads are welcome to apply 
  • Demonstrated interest in finance and the maritime sector.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills 
  • Proficient in analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (basic modeling skills).
Salary: SGD 4,000 - SGD 7,000
