A renowned prominent shipping firm is looking for a talented ESG Analyst / Senior Analyst to join the team.
As a global ship owner dedicated to responsible practices, they need someone with expertise and drive to lead their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze environmental KPIs, including GHG emissions data.
- Lead the development of the company's fleet decarbonisation strategy and targets.
- Work with HR and Legal to design policies and monitor processes for social and governance-related KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with ESG requirements and reporting obligations from stakeholders.
- Design and implement ESG KPI reporting and monitoring tools.
- Lead the development of the ESG report for the 2023 year.
- Some experience in ESG-related activities within shipping companies.
- Excellent writing skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to take the lead on projects.
- Experience in financial analysis is a bonus.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
